We would greatly appreciate any family considering enrollment for 2012-2013 contacting one of the board or staff members listed on the contact page to allow the school to make plans to accommodate all potential students.

Enrollment Philosophy: Providence Classical Academy uses an admissions procedure that resembles the application process used in many other private schools and colleges.

The process for applicants for 2012-2013 is as follows:
- Registration: Registration forms are now available for the next school year. Registration forms are accepted as complete if they have been signed by (both) parents and the registration fee is attached.
- February-May: Interviews and placement testing of new students will be scheduled and evaluated (after May 30, registrations will still be accepted and considered as they are received and as space permits. Additional fees will be incurred as shown on application).
- Acceptance: Notification of acceptance or denial will be mailed to each applicant within 15 days of the family interview and placement testing. Accepted applicants will receive all appropriate information for preparing for school, including financial arrangements.

Entrance Standards:
All entering students will be tested at grade level to assure their readiness for Providence Classical Academy’s curriculum. Tests will cover grade-appropriate math, language skills (reading, writing, and grammar), and Latin for upper grades.

Any recent standardized test results (i.e. SAT) that the students have should be submitted with their applications when possible.
